We are so excited that you and your organization are considering joining us for AssetWorld 2025! To ensure the event's success for our attendees, we have terms and conditions to present you with before registration.
We are pleased to offer early bird pricing for AssetWorld 2025! This year, we will have two tiers of Early Bird Pricing. Early Bird Pricing is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a tier is sold out, we will move to the next one.
To qualify for early bird pricing, register by the tier deadline (Tier 1- $2,550: Oct 31, Tier 2 - $2,750: Dec 31, etc.). Registration is considered a confirmed order through the Whova app. Payment Terms are Net 30. *Updated: Any amounts not paid when due will be subject to interest accrued at eighteen percent (18%) per annum compounded quarterly or the maximum rate permitted by law if lower, which interest will be immediately due and payable from the due date for payment until the date of actual receipt of the amount in cleared funds by AssetWorks.
Refunds will only be granted in association with our cancellation policy (stated below). Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method.
In the event you cannot attend AssetWorld after submitting your registration, the following terms apply for a registration refund or credit:
Substitutions are allowed for the same/current year only. Substitution details must be shared in writing by February 28, 2025, to assetworld@assetworks.com.
We accept credit card and purchase order payment options for securing AssetWorld 2025 tickets.
To pay via credit card, you can securely pay via Whova, which uses Stripe as a payment processing application. To ensure security and be able to manage payments, Whova and Stripe have fees associated; these fees are a percentage of the ticket price and must be covered by registrants. These fees are non-refundable. At AssetWorks, we have done everything we can to reduce costs and keep the same level of AssetWorld our customers have come to expect over the last 25+ years; these fees are one small area where we must pass on the fee to our customers as a convenience fee for Credit Card purchases. You are welcome to purchase through a Purchase Order to avoid processing fees.
The AssetWorks' Account Services team will manage payments via purchase order. We require a payment term of Net 30 Days to pay through a purchase order. Hotel Confirmations and Event App access will not be provided until Conference Payment (and late payment fees if applicable) are paid in full.
All prices listed on assetworld.com or through the AssetWorld Whova app are listed in USD.
Please note the following guidelines for those attending the AssetWorld conference and seeking additional hotel nights.
If you need extra hotel nights during the conference week, from Sunday, March 23 through Thursday, March 27, please contact us at assetworld@assetworks.com for assistance.
For hotel stays outside of these dates, either before March 23 or after March 27, you will need to make your own arrangements. Keep in mind that these extra nights are not included in your conference registration and depend on room availability.
For planning purposes, AssetWorks will assume that attendees taking part in the add-on Training will arrive on Monday, March 24, and those attending the Regular Conference will arrive for the evening of Tuesday, March 25, with departures for all attendees scheduled for Friday, March 28.
Please notify us at assetworld@assetworks.com if you require accommodations outside these standard dates for AssetWorld. It is important to remember that AssetWorks will not be responsible for booking or managing hotel accommodations outside the designated conference dates. By attending the event, you hereby agree to adhere to these terms and conditions regarding hotel accommodations. Any breach of this policy may result in the forfeiture of negotiated benefits and accommodations arranged by AssetWorks. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
For AssetWorld 2025, we are leveraging an event app tool, Whova. All registrants will receive access to the app. The app will host agendas, maps, networking options, and more. Registering for the AssetWorld 2025 conference provides a single login for only the registered attendee (individual person) to create an attendee profile, view streaming content, participate in group discussions, network with other attendees, and access recorded content after the live event. If additional people from your organization would like to join, they must each be registered and have their own unique login to participate.
During AssetWorld 2025, there may be occasions when we have photographers and/or videographers present to capture images and videos of the event's sessions. By completing your registration and participating in the conference, you provide AssetWorks Inc. with an irrevocable right and permission to use or publish any photograph or video that features your image or likeness. These images or videos may be utilized on AssetWorks' websites, in print, or through electronic media for educational, news, promotional, derivative work, or similar purposes without any compensation owed to you.
Your attendance and participation at AssetWorld 2025 implies your consent for AssetWorks Inc. to employ content (such as photos, videos, chat records, etc.) that might include you, serving these purposes. Furthermore, you acknowledge that all such content and any reproductions thereof shall remain the exclusive property of AssetWorks Inc.
Understanding and agreeing that such content could be placed on the Internet is important. You also acknowledge and accept that your name and/or title might be used for identification in printed materials, Internet publications, or broadcast information accompanying the photographs and/or video recordings featuring you.
Please note that you will only have the opportunity to review final products after their publication or distribution. Given this, you hereby release, acquit, and forever discharge AssetWorks Inc., its trustees, agents, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, rights, promises, damages, and liabilities stemming from or connected to the use or distribution of said content. This includes but is not limited to, claims related to invasion of privacy, likeness appropriation, or defamation.
If you are unwilling to consent to such use, kindly refrain from proceeding with the registration process.
Whova has a set of its own privacy policies for using the event app. These can be found at https://whova.com/privacy/. If you do not agree to these terms, it is advised that you do not use the app. Please note: The app exclusively shares important conference details, agendas, and more.
