We are so excited that you and your organization are considering joining us for AssetWorld 2024! To ensure the event's success for our attendees, we have terms and conditions to present you with before registration.
We are pleased to offer early bird pricing for AssetWorld 2024! This pricing comes into effect as of the registration opening and closes on November 30, 2023. To take advantage of early bird pricing, registrations must be submitted on or before November 30, 2023, and payment must be received by December 31, 2023. If payment is not received by this date, you will be charged the remaining difference between early bird and regular pricing ($100 per ticket).
Refunds will only be granted in association with our cancellation policy (stated below). Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method.
In the event you cannot attend AssetWorld after submitting your registration, the following terms apply for a registration refund or credit:
Substitutions are allowed for the same/current year only. Substitution details must be shared in writing by April 1, 2024, to assetworld@assetworks.com.
We accept credit card and purchase order payment options for securing AssetWorld 2024 tickets.
To pay via credit card, you can securely pay via Whova, which uses Stripe as a payment processing application. To ensure security and be able to manage payments, Whova and Stripe have fees associated; these fees are a percentage of the ticket price and must be covered by registrants. These fees are non-refundable. At AssetWorks, we have done everything we can to reduce costs and keep the same level of AssetWorld our customers have come to expect over the last 25+ years; these fees are one small area where we must pass on the fee to our customers as a convenience fee for Credit Card purchases. You are welcome to purchase through Purchase Order to avoid processing fees.
The AssetWorks' Account Services team will manage payments via purchase order. We require a payment term of Net 30 Days to pay through a purchase order. If payment is not received within 30 days of registration, a late fee will be added to your invoice in the amount of $100 per invoice. Registration for purchase order payment methods will close as of March 15, 2024.
Hotel Confirmations and Event App access will not be provided until Conference Payment (and late payment fees if applicable) are paid in full.

For those attending the AssetWorld conference and seeking additional hotel nights, please note the following guidelines.
For planning purposes, AssetWorks will assume that attendees of the Asset Boot Camp or the SIG Meeting will arrive on Monday, April 22, and those attending the Regular Conference will arrive on the evening of Tuesday, April 23, with departures for all attendees scheduled for Friday, April 26. Please notify us at assetworld@assetworks.com if you require accommodations outside these standard dates for AssetWorld. It is important to remember that AssetWorks will not be responsible for booking or managing hotel accommodations outside the designated conference dates. Furthermore, AssetWorks will be responsible for overseeing the check-in and check-out dates of all guests to ensure a streamlined experience. By attending the event, you hereby agree to adhere to these terms and conditions regarding hotel accommodations. Any breach of this policy may result in the forfeiture of negotiated benefits and accommodations arranged by AssetWorks. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
For AssetWorld 2024, we are leveraging an event app tool called Whova. All registrants will receive access to the app. The app will host agendas, maps, networking options, and more. Registering for the AssetWorld 2024 conference provides a single login for only the registered attendee (individual person) to create an attendee profile, view streaming content, participate in group discussions, network with other attendees, and access recorded content after the live event. If additional people from your organization would like to join, they must each be registered and have their own unique login to participate.
During AssetWorld 2024, there may be occasions when we have photographers and/or videographers present to capture images and videos of the event's sessions. By completing your registration and participating in the conference, you provide AssetWorks Inc. with an irrevocable right and permission to use or publish any photograph or video that features your image or likeness. These images or videos may be utilized on AssetWorks' websites, in print, or through electronic media for educational, news, promotional, derivative work, or similar purposes without any compensation owed to you.
Your attendance and participation at AssetWorld 2024 implies your consent for AssetWorks Inc. to employ content (such as photos, videos, chat records, etc.) that might include you, serving these purposes. Furthermore, you acknowledge that all such content and any reproductions thereof shall remain the exclusive property of AssetWorks Inc.
Understanding and agreeing that such content could be placed on the Internet is important. You also acknowledge and accept that your name and/or title might be used for identification in printed materials, Internet publications, or broadcast information accompanying the photographs and/or video recordings featuring you.
Please note that you will only have the opportunity to review final products after their publication or distribution. Given this, you hereby release, acquit, and forever discharge AssetWorks Inc., its trustees, agents, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, rights, promises, damages, and liabilities stemming from or connected to the use or distribution of said content. This includes but is not limited to, claims related to invasion of privacy, likeness appropriation, or defamation.
If you are unwilling to consent to such use, kindly refrain from proceeding with the registration process.
Whova has a set of its own privacy policies for using the event app. These can be found at https://whova.com/privacy/. If you do not agree to these terms, it is advised that you do not use the app. Please note: The app exclusively shares important conference details, agendas, and more.
