Cancellation Policy
AssetWorld 2021 registration fees are non-refundable. In the event you cannot attend after having registered, we would be happy to transfer your registration to someone else within your organization (i.e., do a substitution). Conference content will be recorded and made available on-demand to registered attendees only, through the end of 2021.
One Person Per Login
Registering for the AssetWorld 2021 virtual conference provides a login for only the registered attendee (individual person) to create an attendee profile, view streaming content, participate in group discussions, network with other attendees and access recorded content after the live event. If additional people from your organization would like to join they must each be registered and have their own unique login to participate.
Notice of Audio/Video Recording and Right to Use
All of the presentations and sessions at AssetWorld 2021 will be recorded. By completing registration and participating in the virtual conference, you grant AssetWorks LLC the irrevocable right and permission to use or publish in print or any form of electronic medium any photograph or video containing your image or likeness on AssetWorks or other websites for educational, news, promotional, derivative works, or for any other similar purpose without compensation. By attending and participating in AssetWorld 2021, you consent to AssetWorks LLC potentially using content (photos, videos, chat, etc.) that may include you for these purposes. You further agree that all such content and any reproductions thereof are and shall remain the sole property of AssetWorks LLC. You understand and agree that such content may be placed on the Internet. You understand and agree that you may be identified by name and/or title in printed, Internet or broadcast information that might accompany the photographs and/or video recordings of you. You understand and agree that you will not have an opportunity to review the final products before they are published or distributed. Therefore, you hereby release, acquit and forever discharge AssetWorks LLC, and its trustees, agents, officers, employees, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said content, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness or defamation. IF YOU DO NOT DESIRE TO CONSENT TO SUCH USE, DO NOT PROCEED WITH REGISTRATION.
