What this track is
Why can’t a user see that work order? Why is a status missing from the list? Most of these questions have an answer in configuration, if you know where to look.
You’ll work in your own AiM test instance on user security, roles, statuses, and the settings that matter most after an upgrade, then apply it to troubleshooting scenarios drawn from real Customer Care cases.
Who should attend
- AiM system administrators at any experience level who set up users and roles
- Experienced administrators who want a deeper understanding of security and statuses
- IT staff who handle AiM user provisioning and access requests
- Functional leads moving into an administrator role
